As much as I hate to admit it... this song is very catchy! If she wasn't such an ignorant wench, then I would still mess with her! I like the Edward Scissorhands look. But one question, who let this little girl start cussing. And Yes, hell is a cuss word.

In case you never saw this clip, little Destiny Hope Cyrus has no home training. Where were her handlers when she did this interview? Would you let your daughter weat the Halloween Costume. . .

Noah Cyrus, the 9 Year Old Sister to Miley Cyrus attend a costume party recently in this! I have a couple of questions.

First of all, what is she supposed to be?

Next, where is her parents?

And, could that dress be any shorter or tighter?

I don't blame the child in this. I blame the parents. Halloween is not excuse for your child to leave the house like this, especially at 9. I don't think a 15 year old should be leaving the house like this, more less a 9 year old! Where the hell they do that at?!!

Poor Noah. . . .she probably thought that her costume was FIRE. . . .because she borrowed it from her sisters closet! Good thing is she has about 5 more days to find an age appropriate costume to go door to door in.
