Ok, first let's begin with reasons you should be hesitant. These reasons include but are not limited to:
- you recently broke up or got back together after a long hiatus
- you're not exclusive with one another
- you have not been dating for very long
- you question your partner's fidelity
- So, we suggest to start the day off with a good ol text message. Text them before they usually wake up. Your text should say something along the lines of "Happy valentine's day sweetheart". What purpose will this serve? It will actually serve not 1 but 2 purposes. Yes, 2. It makes your boo excited because they feel like they're the first thing you thought of when you woke up YET it will set their standard somewhat low because you did not pick up the phone to call. PRICE - $0 (standard text messaging rates and fees apply)
- After their lunch break yet before they get off of work, text and ask them their plans for the night. This will send the message to them that you have nothing planned/you don't plan on being with them. The timing of this will not allow them to respond immediately. By the time they read this and they've had time to analyze the initial text message, they'll be somewhat pissed. Regardless of their answer to this question, convince them to spend some "quality time" with you.PRICE - $0 (standard text messaging rates and fees apply)
- This is where the money comes into play. Once your boo is convinced to spend time with YOU (and not a minute before then) head to the liquor store. Buy a large bottle of Barefoot Moscato. PRICE - $14
- Then, head to Walgreen's. Here, you must buy 2 things (one of which may or may not be used). First, stop at your Redbox outside and pick up a movie. Then, go inside and pick up whatever prophylactic you MAY use that night. PRICE - $4
- Stop at your neighborhood grocery store next. Here, buy 1 Digorno pizza. toppings of your choice. PRICE - $7
- After the pizza....well, I've given you the dots! Connect them!...hell...
TOTAL COST - $25
