I make good music, um I'm cool. Just a regular guy lol.
Who are some of your influences?
I listen to everything, I'm really starting to go deep with this hiphop stuff, expect to hear more in the future.
What are some of your favorite styles to rock?
It depends on where I'm going. I have really been on my euro swagg lately. Tryna get the cougars ya know...lol
Who are some of your favorite designers?
Hmmm, Thats good one. They change every season forreal. At the moment I'm still doing the CDG thing, Nudies, APC, RRL's for denim, nuttin extreme. Streetwear I do the Rocksmith, BBC, Diamond, Bape, etc.
Please let the people know what college you graduated from and what was your major?
The Illustrious Alabama A&M University, where I majored in Accounting.
Were you involved on campus?
Yea I was in a few organizations...I wanna take a brief moment to say "Roo" to the Ques. Lol
What do you miss most about college?
The amount of girls in one place. I probably will never be around that many beautiful, intelligent, black women in one environment again less I go on Oprah or something lol.
How would your peers from highschool describe you? Would your peers from college describe you any differently?
Nah, everybody says I havent changed. Just got more mature. I think everyone describes me as comical, I just like to have fun with life.
Do you have any educational plans for the future?
Yea, I plan to study Audio Engineering in Cali.
I noticed that you have a few songs about women such as Miss Thang and woman like you although lots of your songs discuss women and the dynamic of relationships and friendships. Have you found your Miss Thang?
Nah, I honestly havent. Been close a few times but no cigar. But I think nobody truly finds there "miss thang" only people who fall really close. Thats love, accepting someone for who they are...
“Memoirs of a forehead kisser”…are you a forehead kisser? What would you say a forehead kiss means?
I am a forehead kisser. I forehead kiss is the pain killer. It calms the mood when its not truly love but close.
If you could work with anybody in the industry right now, who would it be?
I just wanna be in the presence of Kanye and Pharrell. They are artists...they do what they want.
What are some of your hobbies other than music?
I paint and design jewelry.
What is your ideal job?
Being able to do whatever in God's name I want to everyday that I wakeup. And get paid millions of dollars for it...whatever that is lol.
Is the song “Peace of Mind” written from personal experience?
Not from my standpoint cause I can honestly say I have one of the only sane "bm's" in the world. But I've seen a few of my family members and friends take hard falls because of the system and some evil women.
What about “for my ninjas”? Do you keep a rather large circle of friends or a small circle? Have you lost any friends due to pursuing your rap career?
I keep a small circle. And yea I have lost a few friends on the journey. Its like pledging a fraternity. They dont understand why youre not kicking it with them and youre acting different until probate day. Then theyre like "Awww thats what you were doing". My probate day is the day I have a hit single/ album and I am signed.
What privileges have you been afforded since you began your rap career? Do you now not wait in line at the club? Get free stuff/clothes? Meet famous people?
Yea I've done all of that but honestly was doing that before I was rapping. Being a "rapper" only solidifies my coolness lol.
