If you don't know why this is significant you have be living under a rock! But I'm gonna tell you why anyways......The Princess and the Frog stars Disney's first BLACK princess EVER! And now the movie is number 1 at the box office on its opening weekend, bringing in $25million!
Anika Noni Rose (Dreamgirls) is the voice of Princess Tiana, and the all star cast includes Jenifer Lewis, Terrance Howard, and even OPRAH!!! I cannot wait to see this myself....DON'T JUDGE ME!
FYI: For all you mothers out there, The Princess and the Frog gear is flying off of shelves this Holiday Season. So, get yours soon!
